Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Temporary Administrator to provide essential support to our team during a busy period. Based in Brighton, this role will focus on maintaining efficient administrative processes, supporting daily operations, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage data entry, document processing, and filing systems
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence

Data & Systems Management

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Customer & Team Support

  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Redirect queries to relevant departments when necessary
