We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full sales cycle—from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.
You will play a key role in converting inbound leads into sales, providing expert advice to customers, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries generated via social media, Google Ads, and referrals
Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored product advice
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders
Prepare quotations, process orders, and clarify scope for production and delivery
Coordinate with Production and Project teams to meet project timelines
Liaise with Logistics to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations
Manage customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues effectively and identifying improvements
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, ensuring all activity is logged
Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and business development initiatives
Gather customer feedback and provide ongoing aftercare support
Assist in resolving project challenges under the guidance of the Brand Director
