Our client is a growing specialist access and building maintenance business delivering rope access, commercial window cleaning and maintenance solutions across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business development, build a strong sales pipeline, and help drive the next phase of the company's growth.
The Role
Identify and secure new business opportunities across building maintenance, rope access, commercial window cleaning, construction and offshore sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users
Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through to contract award
Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events across the UK
Support tender submissions, pricing and commercial negotiations
Introduce and develop CRM processes and sales reporting
Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are commercially viable and successfully delivered
About You
Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales or Commercial role
Background within rope access, construction, building maintenance, facilities management, offshore or industrial services
Strong industry knowledge and existing contacts
Ability to work independently and build a pipeline from scratch
Commercially aware, organised and target driven
Full UK driving licence and willing to travel nationwide
