Reed is looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our client's team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role offers hybrid working flexibility and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to enhance our recruitment processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Organise CVs, candidate records, and compliance documents.
Prepare recruitment reports, spreadsheets, and tracking logs.
Handle general admin tasks including emails, data entry, and document formatting.
Candidate Coordination:
Schedule interviews (phone, video, face-to-face) and liaise with candidates regarding availability and updates.
Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Provide candidates with onboarding information.
Client & Hiring Manager Support:
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Share candidate CVs and feedback.
Assist with interview feedback collection and communication.
Support consultants with recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a recruitment administration or similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
