My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional coordination skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and CRO
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing materials
Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising requests and ensuring efficient time management
Organise and support board meetings, leadership meetings, and key business events
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with stakeholders across the business and external partners
Monitor and track key projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as required
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
