Based in Mallusk, my client is an award-winning organisation who provide commercial vehicles throughout Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Business Support Co-Ordinator to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Temporary position with the opportunity of being made Permanent thereafter.
With a salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Role:
As a Business Support Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for working and engaging with internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers ensuring high levels of service and support.
Essential Criteria:
Previous Administration experience preferably gained from a Banking/Motor Industry background (although this is not essential)
Demonstrable experience of meeting deadlines
IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Tools and Applications
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisation, time management and planning skills and good attention to detail
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the process of a vehicle order until delivery.
Complete finance proposals and liaise with our panel of funders, creating or requesting finance documents for the appropriate funder.
Oversee the return vehicles for each Business Development Manager and requesting extension or arranging uplifts.
Check the completion of finance documents before any vehicle delivery is arranged.
Liaise with customers and suppliers on availability and the delivery of vehicles.
Process deals for pay out once delivered.
Provide an administrative support to other departments/Internal stakeholder within the business, including and not limited to, the following monthly V11, V5 checks and vehicle hire.
Run various reports for the Business Development Managers.
Be the point of contact for customers while their account manager is out of the office or on leave.
Provide reception cover, mainly covering tea and lunch breaks, per a rota for all administrative personnel.
Complete any other administrative activities as specified by the manager.
