My market leading client located in Westbrook, Warrington, are currently looking to recruit on a temporary basis for 9-12 months a highly motivated Service Planner. Potentially the role will lead to a permanent position for the successful candidate

Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay: £16.41 per hour - Salary £32,000
Hybrid: Once fully trained 3 days per week from home and 2 days in the office.

The Planner will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for facilitating all internal tasks required to enable engineers to provide a world class service. Acting as an ambassador to our customers with a focus on their complete satisfaction. Planning all activities for customers, using time management skills to prioritise and ensure accurate completion of all works. 

Responsibilities

  • Despatching engineers for routine maintenance visits, field quotes, call outs and warranty works.
  • Validation of contracts and their data accuracy
  • General queries, emails, liaising with suppliers, customer complaints.
  • Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders within Schneider, including monthly calls with Support Operational Managers and order processing team
  • Work with your allocated Support Operational to achieve all targets in relation to sales, orders, customer satisfaction and resource utilisation
  • Maintaining records in detail to enable an accurate account of contract history
  • Effectively communicate with customers, internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner and adhere to customer specific requirements, updating customer portals, scheduling visits, uploading reports
  • To support Engineers timesheets in accordance with the despatch console

Person Specification

  • Account Coordination experience
  • Computer literate (Microsoft packages) and salesforce
  • Good verbal telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to achieve KPI’s
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Desirable if experienced SAP user
