Overview
We are recruiting for two temporary positions to support a busy operations team in Calcot. These roles are ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable following structured processes and working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
Sales / Data Entry Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Accurately inputting sales order data into internal systems
Processing batch numbers from physical order documentation
Following a simple, step-by-step process to ensure data accuracy
Handling physical documentation (e.g. boxes of orders) and updating system records
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Managing stock returns from hospitals and booking items back into the system
Checking and recording lot numbers accurately
Processing refunds and invoices
Updating systems with returned stock
Requirements
Previous admin or data entry experience preferred
High level of attention to detail, particularly with numbers and product codes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
Good organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes consistently
Comfortable working with systems and processing data
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm , however they can be flexible around this if you wanted to start a bit earlier
Immediate start available (Wednesday 17th June), and you must be available to commit to a 3 month contract
