What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Champion-
Answer calls and emails like a pro—friendly, efficient, and solution-focused
Process customer orders quickly and accurately
Build strong relationships and keep customers in the loop
Manage expectations around deliveries, availability, and timelines
Solve problems (and save the day when needed!)
Order Wizard
Input and manage orders using modern systems
Keep everything accurate, organised, and up to date
Track order progress and provide updates
Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests with ease
Logistics Link
Work closely with transport teams to ensure smooth deliveries
Help prioritise urgent jobs and keep things moving
Provide real-time updates and ETAs using tracking systems
Act as the bridge between customers and operations
Product Know-How
Help customers get the right materials for the job
Share product info confidently and accurately
Liaise with internal teams to confirm availability
Payments & Admin
Process card payments securely
Keep records tidy and compliant
Support with invoicing and payment queries
