Corporate Front of House Receptionist - Temporary to Permanent
Location: North Wolverhampton Full-time: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
We are a leading national business known for delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a polished and professional Front of House Receptionist to be the face of our corporate office.
This is a key role where first impressions matter. You will provide a warm, efficient, and highly organised front-of-house service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting colleagues and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a busy reception desk and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Handling incoming and outgoing post and coordinating deliveries
Booking, organising, and managing meeting rooms
Ensuring meeting spaces are presentable and ready for use
Ordering and maintaining office stationery and refreshments
Managing and maintaining coffee machines and refreshment areas
Supporting general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to use their own initiative
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to set boundaries and say “no” when required, while maintaining professionalism
Experienced in a similar front-of-house or receptionist role (preferred)
Competent in using Microsoft Office and general office systems
