The Role
We are currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a busy front-of-house team within a respected professional services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
Manage a busy switchboard, handling and directing incoming calls efficiently
Coordinate meeting room bookings, scheduling, and set-ups
Escort visitors and ensure a seamless arrival experience
Liaise with internal teams including facilities, IT, and hospitality to support day-to-day operations
Organise catering requirements and support event coordination where required
Maintain a tidy, professional reception area at all times
Issue visitor passes and uphold security procedures
Assist with travel requests
Carry out general administrative tasks including scanning, document handling, and record-keeping
Manage incoming deliveries and ensure accurate distribution
About You
Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
Professional, friendly, and confident in dealing with clients and stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
