The Junior Bid Writer supports the preparation of high-quality bid submissions across SQs, PQQs, and tenders. This role involves writing tailored responses, coordinating bid activities, and maintaining bid documentation to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive bid responses
Tailor content to meet client requirements using existing bid materials
Proofread submissions for quality, consistency, and compliance
Monitor procurement portals for new opportunities and updates
Manage bid documents, deadlines, and submission tracking
Coordinate with internal teams to gather supporting information
Maintain and update the bid library and templates
Assist with compliance checks and final submission formatting
Requirements
Degree-level education (or equivalent)
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems

Experience with bids, tenders, or procurement processes
