Job Type: Temp to possible perm (Salary circa £30k)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary basis with the potential to transition to a permanent role. This position involves liaising with the Logistics team and Warehouse, booking in deliveries for the production team, covering reception as needed, and handling data entry and administration tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
Coordinate with the Logistics team and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations in booking deliveries.
Manage schedules and communications for the production team's delivery requirements.
Cover reception duties when required, providing professional and courteous service.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and files related to production and logistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within a production or logistics environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
