Day-to-Day of the role:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier information.
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management.
  • Tracking orders and resolving delivery issues.
  • Supporting contract administration and supplier performance reviews.
  • Assisting with cost-saving initiatives and procurement projects.
  • Producing procurement reports and analysing purchasing data.
  • Working closely with internal departments to support operational requirements.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using procurement, ERP, or inventory management systems would be advantageous.
