A long-established firm in Ayrshire is seeking a Private Client (Executry) Paralegal to join their busy and well-respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who is looking to build a strong, well-rounded career in Private Client work within a supportive and genuinely collaborative environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handling a caseload of Executry work.
- Engage in highly client-facing tasks, providing opportunities to build long-term relationships within the local community.
- Work directly alongside one of the Directors, benefiting from close mentorship and day-to-day support.
- Collaborate with a supportive team structure that includes a Director (Head of Private Client), another Solicitor, a Paralegal, a receptionist, and a secretary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstratable experience in Private Client fee-earning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to high-quality client service and keen attention to detail.
