Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Reed is seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a friendly private practice in Stirling. This role involves handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions and business property sales, purchases, and leases. The caseload will have a 50/50 split between commercial and residential matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity for both residential and commercial properties.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to property transactions.
- Provide high-quality service to clients, maintaining professionalism and client care at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Conveyancing, Residential experience desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services in property law.
