Personal Assistant – Executive Support - Full Time - 6 Month FTC - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm WFH with occasional visits to the London Office - 30 HOURS
📍 Location: Remote | 💼 Salary: £34,816 (Pro Rata) | 📅 Start Date: ASAP

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support one of their Executive Directors. This is a pivotal role at the heart of business operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the Executive team, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, prioritising meetings and scheduling time for strategic planning.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Executive, senior leaders and wider teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Take ownership of operational and administrative tasks, including minute-taking, action tracking and correspondence.
  • Lead on specific projects and initiatives, delivering outcomes to a high standard and on time.
  • Maintain procedures to support the efficient running of the Executive office.
  • Support senior leader recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a similar PA or EA role, supporting senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritise quickly.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable using MS Teams, PowerPoint and other systems to produce documents and presentations.
  • Understanding of financial administration and budgets.
  • Experience or interest in working with people with additional needs is desirable.
