A leading international consultancy, delivering project management, cost consultancy and strategic advisory services across the construction, infrastructure and property sectors, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support Partners and senior leaders.
This is a key role for a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to Partners and senior stakeholders.
Manage complex diaries, appointments and meetings across multiple stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate reports, board papers, presentations, correspondence and meeting minutes.
Support HR administration, including staff records, holiday and absence monitoring.
Maintain internal systems and produce compliance, governance and management reports.
Assist with financial administration, including purchase orders, expenses and invoicing queries.
Create high-quality business documents, bids and presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
Coordinate meetings via Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Arrange UK and international travel and accommodation through Click Travel.
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, Partners and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and confidential project, contractual and business records.
Support team engagement initiatives, events and social activities.
About You
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administrator.
Exceptional organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
Experience producing professional reports, presentations and business documentation.
Discreet, trustworthy and confident handling confidential information.
Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently.
Experience with Adobe InDesign, HR administration and finance processes would be advantageous.
