  • Analyse and interpret financial information to support business performance.
  • Prepare accurate financial and management reports.
  • Conduct research and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial support, guidance, and challenge to operational departments.
  • Support senior leadership with strategic planning and business evaluation.
  • Assist with group finance activities and undertake ad hoc projects as required.

About You

We are looking for a proactive finance professional who is comfortable working with detailed financial information while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or AAT Level 4).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to apply accounting principles effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify trends, investigate issues, and provide solutions.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise workloads effectively.

What's on Offer?

  • Opportunity to join a successful and growing international organisation.
  • Varied role combining operational accounting and commercial finance exposure.
  • Close interaction with senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Supportive working environment with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

If you are a driven finance professional seeking a varied role within a growing manufacturing and environmental business, we would be keen to hear from you.
