Reed Finance are pleased to be supporting a well-established and growing professional services firm in their search for a newly created Head of Finance figure to lead its finance function and support the business through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Reporting into senior management. you will lead a small finance function and play a key role in improving financial processes, enhancing reporting, strengthening controls, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the finance team.
Manage cashflow, forecasting and financial reporting.
Deliver timely monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Drive process improvements, efficiencies and cost controls.
Manage year-end accounts, VAT, payroll and external auditor relationships.
Support credit control, debt management and profitability initiatives.
Maintain robust financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations.

About You

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Proven finance leadership experience within a similar environment
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, financial controls and management reporting.
Commercially minded, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
Hands-on leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
