Outdoor Maintenance Operative

Full-Time | Temp to Perm position| Immediate Start Available

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a hands-on role? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Outdoor Maintenance Operative to join our growing team, delivering a range of property, grounds, and environmental maintenance services across Northern Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, working independently as well as part of a team, and providing a first-class service across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grass cutting and grounds maintenance
  • Weed control and vegetation management
  • Window cleaning
  • Power washing and external cleaning
  • Litter picking and site housekeeping
  • General cleaning duties
  • High-level cleaning tasks
  • Winter gritting and seasonal maintenance services
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and work areas

 

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Applicants must be aged 25+ for vehicle insurance purposes

 

Desirable (but not essential):

  • PA1 & PA6 Weed Spraying Certificates
  • MEWP Licence
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, or facilities services
