Supervise junior members of the team and support the team with queries on their workload. Stay updated with professional ethics, legislative changes, and other regulatory rules. Required Skills & Qualifications: Up to 15 years PQE in residential conveyancing and non-contentious property work. Significant experience in conveyancing and non-contentious property work. Experience in enfranchisement and wayleaves is preferred. Experience in commercial/business contracts is preferred. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, construction, and remediation projects is desirable. High degree of integrity and reliability.
