Day-to-day of the role: Deliver speech and language therapy as indicated in student Education Healthcare Plans, including individual and group therapy sessions. Support teaching and support staff to embed SaLT programs in lessons in line with the relevant curriculums. Act as a leader and advocate for the college’s ‘Total Communication’ approach, supporting staff and wider stakeholders to realise the importance of communication.
