Join the Learning Department at College of Technology as an Apprenticeship Early Years Assessor and play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of childcare professionals. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programs.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead the delivery of apprenticeship programs, ensuring all learners meet their milestones and complete their qualifications on schedule.
Act as a dedicated mentor, balancing rigorous academic standards with the practical realities of the Early Years sector.
Guide learners through their educational journey, providing support and expert advice to ensure their success in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of three years' experience in the early years sector.
Firm knowledge of apprenticeships and vocational training.
Hold a relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification.
Passionate about driving excellence in vocational training.
Excellent mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
