Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2–3 Years PQE) – Fully Remote

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Flexible working with core hours 9:30am – 2:30pm

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2–3 years PQE) to join a growing, forward-thinking legal team. This is a fully remote role, offering genuine flexibility and work-life balance while handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion (circa 20 per month)
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships with a high standard of service
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal processes

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload effectively
