A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its established Family Department in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a genuine interest in family law to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Day-to-day of the role:
Supporting fee earners on a range of family matters including divorce, financial remedies, and child arrangements.
Drafting documents, correspondence, and court forms.
Preparing bundles and assisting with case management.
Conducting legal research and liaising with clients and third parties.
Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Law degree (essential).
Demonstrable interest in Family Law.
Previous family law or litigation experience (desirable).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
