We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role offers the potential for hybrid working, with up to one day per week remote. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive team, ensuring efficient and confidential management of their duties.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide administrative support including drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage the daily schedule of meetings and appointments, resolving any conflicts to optimize the use of time.
Organize comprehensive travel arrangements and itineraries for both domestic and international travel.
Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including all logistics from venue selection to execution.
Maintain and enhance administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
Handle sensitive information and communications with discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and tracking action items.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within a corporate setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with corporate governance.
Independent worker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
