Compliance Administrator – Temporary with Permanent Opportunity

I’m currently working in partnership with a brilliant organisation that’s looking to add an organised and detail‑focused Compliance Administrator to their established and friendly compliance team. This is a temporary position with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent, and you’ll receive full training and ongoing support from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completing and monitoring compliance checks using internal systems
  • High‑volume data entry, updating records, and maintaining accuracy at all times
  • Managing spreadsheets and tracking changes efficiently
  • Carrying out online research to identify relevant parties and required information
  • Assessing data for inconsistencies or discrepancies and escalating when appropriate
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with internal procedures
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance tasks are completed smoothly
  • Providing daily updates and ensuring records are kept current

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail – this is essential
  • Confident IT ability, particularly Excel, with a high level of competence required
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Previous experience in a compliance, administration, or regulated environment would be advantageous, though not essential
