Sheffield City Council are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator for a short-term, full-time agency role within their Building Control Admin Team. This position is ideal for someone who is IT literate, self-motivated, and possesses a keen attention to detail. The role involves basic system administration tasks and offers a hybrid working model after initial training.
Day-to-day of the role:
Utilise the Building Control IT system, Uniform (IDOX), to link addresses in relation to a high volume of council properties.
Receive in-person training at the Howden House office before transitioning to a hybrid working model.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data handling and system management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
Comfortable with both in-office and remote working environments.
