Join a leading national law firm as an Employment Lawyer (4–6 PQE), where you will be part of a highly respected team known for delivering clear, commercially focused advice. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide general employment advisory services to a variety of sectors.
  • Draft contracts, policies, and agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Handle TUPE, redundancy, and restructuring cases.
  • Represent clients in Tribunal and High Court litigation.
  • Support corporate and transactional matters.
  • Manage Employee Relations matters such as grievances, whistleblowing, and family-friendly issues.
  • Offer advice on trade union and industrial relations.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with data protection laws, including DSARs.
  • Develop and deliver client training programs and contribute to business development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in employment law gained from a reputable firm.
  • Excellent skills in drafting, communication, and client handling.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
  • Confident in working collaboratively within a busy team environment.
