Our client, a well-established business based in Witney, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £27,000 to £30,000, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk
Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
Providing administrative support across operational departments
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
