Reed Business Support are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our valued client within the manufacturing sector. This Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment. As the appointed Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations, with a particular focus on estimating within a specialist production environment.

About the Role:

• Managing daily administrative and operational tasks within a manufacturing setting
• Supporting estimating functions, including preparing and processing quotations
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal colleagues, suppliers, and customers
• Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation across Office 365 platforms

About You:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing background is essential (cast stone or similar highly advantageous)
• Proven experience in an administrative or estimating support role

• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Office 365
• Proactive, team‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
