CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development

Although there are no formal entry requirements for this programme, we’re always keen to make sure the qualification is appropriate for you.  

To succeed on this course, we would recommend that you have plenty of HR experience, a degree, or to have completed the CIPD Foundation/Associate level. The Advanced Diploma is a postgraduate-level qualification, so you should be ready to study at this level (although a university degree is not compulsory).

With 24/7 access to all tour resources, you could complete your qualification in as little as 12 months.

Completing this CIPD Level 7 qualification typically takes 24 months but can also be completed in less time.

Before we dive into the course units, you’ll complete an induction to help you prepare for the programme and get the most out of your learning. This will involve:
