Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to support our client with a period of high growth in new countries across the EU. This hands-on role involves taking ownership of the recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing and onboarding candidates. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be confident working independently, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a high standard of candidate selection.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial vacancy approval through to offer and handover to HR/onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, technical requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and advertise clear and effective job descriptions and candidate specifications on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates, particularly for specialist, technical, and senior positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process to ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Support hiring managers with interview feedback, candidate assessment, and selection decisions.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate acceptance in conjunction with the Head of HR and relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Internal Recruitment roles.
- Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong headhunting and direct sourcing experience.
- Experience recruiting across technical, specialist, or professional roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or other recruitment technology is advantageous.
