Join a global organisation experiencing growth and expansion. We are seeking an HR Officer to support our UK HR function, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and HR operations, looking to further their career in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding and induction activities.
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and support employee lifecycle administration.
Produce HR reports and workforce data, and support payroll administration processes.
Conduct exit interviews and analysis, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Liaise with managers and stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Approximately three years' HR experience with strong recruitment experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Experience supporting managers and stakeholders in a professional setting.
Ability to work on-site across both specified locations..
Desirable: Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or similar operational environments.
Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
