As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Booking service appointments and managing workshop schedules.
• Providing accurate estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Preparing invoices and processing customer payments.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Reception, or Automotive role.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Good IT skills and experience using CRM or booking systems.
