Order Operations Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits | Immediate Opportunity
Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leading people, improving processes and delivering outstanding customer service?
We are looking for an Order Operations Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer and supplier orders.
The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through to delivery
- Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance
- Identify process improvements and remove bottlenecks
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Quality teams
- Act as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the business
About You
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Background in order processing, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain or a similar function
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
- Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies
- Confident using KPIs and data to make decisions
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
