The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the development—guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
You will:
Welcome and engage prospective buyers, understanding their needs and matching them to suitable homes
Showcase show homes, available plots, and development plans with confidence
Clearly explain specifications, layouts, and the homebuying process
Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion
Build strong relationships with purchasers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to hit key deadlines
Deliver against site and individual sales targets
Maintain exceptional presentation standards across the sales environment
Carry out home demonstrations, inspections, and handovers
Keep all sales administration accurate and up to date
Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of market trends
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (property experience advantageous but not essential)
Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Natural ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
Interest in property and ability to understand and explain plans/layouts
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
IT literate with good numeracy and literacy skills
Flexible approach to working weekends and travelling between sites
Full UK driving licence preferred
First Aid / Fire Marshal certification (or willingness to obtain)
