Role Responsibilities
CRM and Sales Pipeline Management
Keep the CRM system up-to-date with detailed entries of all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression of sales activities.
Oversee the integrity and consistency of CRM data to maintain a reliable sales pipeline.
Aid in the generation of reports and dashboards to provide clear insights into pipeline status.
Support for Sales and Accounts
Provide daily support and coordination for a team of sales professionals, ensuring efficient operation of sales activities.
Help manage key accounts by coordinating follow-ups and maintaining precise documentation.
Prepare materials and documentation for meetings and client interactions.
Lead Management and Sales Initiatives
Handle incoming sales inquiries and route them appropriately within the team.
Engage in outbound communication for less critical project inquiries to gather and log potential leads.
Ensure all leads are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Strategic and Administrative Support
Collaborate with senior sales management to document and track important meeting outcomes in the CRM.
Maintain comprehensive records of all significant sales interactions to support team accessibility and coordination.
Utilisation of Sales Tools
Employ various sales tools and platforms, including CRM software and LinkedIn, to enhance sales research and pipeline management.
