Order Operations Manager

Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leading people, improving processes and delivering outstanding customer service?

We are looking for an Order Operations Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer and supplier orders.

The Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 3
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through to delivery
  • Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance
  • Identify process improvements and remove bottlenecks
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Quality teams
  • Act as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the business

About You

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Background in order processing, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain or a similar function
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies
  • Confident using KPIs and data to make decisions
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach
