Salary: up to £45k per annum plus uncapped commission
Are you a hands on Senior Sales Executive looking to join a small teams where you are able to use your initiative to influence your results? This strategic role is focused on driving growth through new business development in sectors such as Retail, Construction, Telecoms and Utilities. With a strong portfolio of forensic marking, asset tracking and intelligent security solutions, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
New Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B clients, develop sector-specific strategies, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Consultative Security Solution Selling: Conduct discovery meetings, tailor proposals, and present solutions to senior stakeholders, positioning our products as essential tools for crime prevention and loss reduction.
Sector Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships within key sectors, enhance brand visibility through industry events, and act as a trusted advisor on security risk mitigation.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management: Own and manage a sales pipeline, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and solution design.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Input: Monitor competitor activity and market trends, contribute to product positioning, and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Security Sector Experience: Proven experience selling security products or solutions into B2B markets is desirable but not essential
Proven B2B Closer: Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets in complex commercial environments.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with Retail, Construction, Telecoms, or Utilities sectors.
Commercially Astute: Strong skills in negotiation, pricing, and contract management.
Consultative Seller: Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and operational drivers within enterprise environments.
Self-Motivated & Driven: Resilience and a proactive approach in a performance-driven environment.
