We are seeking a Property Coordinator to support our clients team on Saturdays. This role involves handling landlord leads via telephone and email, conducting property viewings, handing over keys, and managing compliance-related administration. Full training will be provided. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the property industry and strong customer service skills. There is potential for extended hours or days for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:
Communicate with potential landlords via telephone and email to generate and manage leads.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Handle the handover of keys with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience or a strong interest in the property industry is preferred.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
