An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Partnerships Officer to support the delivery of UK and international academic partnerships within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of partnerships that contribute to high-quality education and research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support for existing academic partnerships
Coordinate meetings, reviews, and partnership activities
Support the development of new partnership projects, including due diligence and approvals
Offer guidance to partners on processes, procedures, and quality assurance requirements
Maintain accurate records, systems, and partnership documentation
Assist with academic processes, including data checks and reporting
Organise partner visits, meetings, and events (virtual and in-person)
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems
About You
Essential:
A degree
Proven administrative experience in a professional environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience within higher education or a similar regulated environment
Knowledge of quality assurance or partnership processes
Experience supporting training or development initiatives
