Project Manager/Business Analyst
Rochdale/Hybrid
£500-£575 per day
9-12 Month Contract
A Project Manager/Business Analyst is required to support a major transformation programme within a housing organisation. Working across business and technology teams, the successful candidate will lead project delivery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, map business processes, and drive system-enabled change. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers (including MRI), and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and achieve the desired business outcomes.
Key skills & experience:
- Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
- Business transformation and change delivery
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
- Governance, reporting, risk and issue management
- Requirements gathering and business improvement
- Supplier management experience
Desirable:
- MRI Housing experience
- Housing Association or Property Services background
- Experience delivering system implementations or enhancements
- Working arrangements:
- Approx. 70% home based
Travel to Rochdale required for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project activities
Flexible smart-working environment with no fixed office days.
