Are you passionate about identity security, access governance and cyber security best practice? We're working with an established organisation undergoing significant digital transformation, investing heavily in cloud technologies, cyber security and identity governance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative technology team where you'll play a key role in protecting critical systems and data across a modern Microsoft environment.

The Role:

As an Identity & Access Governance Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing and improving identity governance processes across enterprise applications and cloud platforms. You'll help strengthen security controls, support Zero Trust principles and ensure colleagues have the right access to the right systems at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern identity and access controls across enterprise and cloud platforms
• Manage joiner, mover and leaver processes
• Conduct access reviews and certification activities
• Review and approve access requests in line with policy
• Support privileged access management and least-privilege initiatives
• Maintain and improve identity governance controls and processes
• Administer Conditional Access and authentication controls
• Investigate access-related incidents and governance issues
• Support audits and compliance activities
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders

 

About you:

I am keen to speak with candidates who have experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, Cyber Security Operations or a related discipline.

 

You will have strong knowledge of:

• IAM and Identity Governance
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties
• Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes
• Authentication and Authorisation
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Access reviews and governance controls

Experience with the following would be advantageous:

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft 365 Security & Identity solutions
• Conditional Access
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Identity Governance and Lifecycle Management tools
