Day-to-day of the role:
Own marketing performance and instruction generation.
Monitor and analyse portal ROI, lead quality, and valuation lead performance.
Test and optimise portal spend allocation and competitor benchmarking.
Track lead follow-through and conversion, measuring website and Yomdel ROI.
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns aimed at generating instructions and valuations.
Manage Google PPC, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, and retargeting activities.
Evaluate branch-level campaigns and leaflet distribution effectiveness.
Support local prospecting activities, monitoring ROI and performance of various channels.
Manage off-market and internal mailing campaigns
Enhance website lead generation by improving landing page performance and conversion rates.
Collaborate with developers on A/B testing and optimising lead journeys.
Develop local content plans, optimise Google Business Profiles, and improve local SEO.
Continuously test and evaluate new lead generation tools and strategies to improve ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, paid media, or lead generation.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
Strong skills in analytics and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of website optimisation, A/B testing, SEO, and local visibility.
Ability to use data to drive commercial outcomes and improve ROI.
