Reed Ipswich are delighted to be supporting our client seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
The E‑Commerce Manager will take ownership of the organisation’s day-to-day online trading operations. This role is responsible for managing the e‑commerce platform, supporting website development projects, integrating product ranges from acquisitions, and driving commercial performance.
Working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other internal stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and high-quality online customer experience while ensuring continued growth and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
E‑Commerce Platform & Product Management
Own and manage the day-to-day operation of the e‑commerce platform
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date product catalogue (pricing, availability, descriptions, imagery)
Upload and manage products from newly acquired businesses
Ensure consistency and accuracy across product data and visuals
Collaborate with marketing/design teams to enhance product presentation
Promotions, Pricing & Performance
Plan and manage promotions, banners, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adjusting pricing accordingly
