A well-established law firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join its busy Family Law team in Worcester.
This role will support solicitors across a range of Private and Public Family Law matters, including care proceedings and Legal Aid cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Family Law matters and case progression.
- Preparing court bundles, witness statements and legal documents.
- Managing case files and diary deadlines.
- Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and external agencies.
- Supporting Legal Aid applications and compliance requirements.
- Providing excellent client care, particularly when working with vulnerable clients.
Requirements:
- Previous Family Law experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and compassionate approach to client care.
