Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
- Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout the transaction process.
- Utilise advanced conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, or experienced Conveyancing Executive.
- NQ to 3 years of residential conveyancing experience.
- Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A forward-thinking, positive attitude that reflects and contributes to our supportive, ambitious workplace culture.
