A leading manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to support its continued growth across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven background in cold calling and business development who is looking to join an established company with strong earning potential and excellent benefits.

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity. Working from both company-provided leads and self-generated prospects, you will promote a range of high-quality recycled furniture products to organisations across the UK, primarily targeting schools and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage and update CRM records accurately
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Identify and develop your own sales opportunities
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements and market opportunities

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience within an outbound sales or cold-calling role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Experience working effectively within a team environment

Salary & Benefits

• £28,668.15 basic salary
• Quarterly team bonus of £500
• Annual performance bonus of £1,000
• Additional £1,000 bonus for achieving 120% of team target

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
• 1 in 4 Fridays: 8:30am - 4:30pm
